EFFECTS OF PROPELLER POSITION AND OVERLAP ON THE SLIPSTREAM DEFLECTION CHARACTERISTICS OF A WING-PROPELLER CONFIGURATION EQUIPPED WITH A SLIDING AND FOWLER FLAP
An investigation has been made in a static-test facility at the Langley Aeronautical laboratory to determine some of the effects of propeller position and overlap on the slipstream deflection character¬istics of a configuration equipped with a sliding and Fowler flap. The effects of a leading-edge slat, nacelle size, flap segmentation, and number of propellers were also investigated.
