摘要

Through Executive Order 12320, the President of the United States has mandated all Federal agencies to strengthen the capacity of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). In response, the Secretary of Energy has committed DOE to increase the participation of HBCUs in energy/energy-related R and D programs. This report includes institutional profiles of 38 HBCUs with energy R and D capability and their projects. A list of HBCUs and their presidents is also included. (ERA citation 10:029578)
