The meeting brought together international and regional scientists for an overview of the biological and health effects and consequences of electromagnetic field exposure (EMF) devices used in the Asian and Oceania Region. Topics include: characteristics, dosimetry and measurement of EMF; mechanisms of interaction of EME; biological effects and research needs; human studies, standards for EMF harmonization.
