Handbook of Performance and Production of Plant, Equipment, and Labor Prepared for Use in Estimating Construction Costs

This handbook was prepared to provide estimating personnel in the U. S. Army Engineers with the detailed production data required in developing adequate and defensible cost estimates for civil and military construction. The handbook includes data on man-hours and crew-hours required for various types of operation; items comprising plant, size of plant crew, and quantities of material required for various construction operations; performance of construction plant and equipment; and other pertinent production data.
