PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for estimating construction cost, which can easily and promptly calculate a construction cost.;SOLUTION: The construction cost estimation device includes: an input reception means (communication module 108) for receiving an input of information on a building to be constructed; a calculation means (quantity calculation engine 101) for calculating a quantity of each part constituting the building based on the information on the building; a storage means (part-based cost table 106) for storing a unit price for every part; a calculation means (cost calculation engine 102) for calculating a construction cost of every part based on the quantity of each part calculated by the calculation means and the unit price of each part stored in the storage means; and a calculation means (cost calculation engine 102) for calculating the construction cost as a total of the construction cost of each part calculated by the calculation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
