Determination of the Shape of a Free Balloon: Cylinder, Cylinder-End, Tapertangent, and Tangent-Harness Ballons

Modifications of the basic balloon-shape equations are developed for cylinder and cylinder-end balloons, tapertangent balloons, and tangent-harness balloons. Examples of the shape of these balloons are presented, and corresponding meridional stresses are determined. Zero and non-zero circumferential stresses are considered. (Author)
