Flood Plain Information Ellicott Creek in the Towns of Lancaster and Alden and in the Village Alden, Erie County, New York

This report is based on hydrological facts, historical, and recent flood heights, and other technical data bearing upon the occurrence and magnitude of floods in the Ellicott Creek area. Included in this report are maps, profiles cross sections and photographs which indicate the extent of flood which might occur in the future. This report is intended to provide the basis for further study and planning on the part of local governments within the study area in arriving at solutions to minimize possible future flood damages.
