Power Spectral Densities of Modulated Error-Correcting Coded Sequences.

摘要

This paper finds an expression for the spectral density of an error-correcting coded digital sequence after modulation. This expression is valid for dependent source words and error-correcting linear block codes. Several examples are given of the ratio of the spectral density of the coded sequence to an uncoded sequence with identical source word rates for both independent and dependent source words. (Author)
