This document is part two of two reports which were prepared to provide the latest estimates of the expected increase in productivity of enroute and terminal area air traffic controllers,due to the implementation of the Upgraded Third Generation control system. Part 2addresses improvements in the data link era. The benefits due to the implementation of these automation programs are discussed in detail and transformed into dollar savings. (Author)
