The first appendix presents the entire mission profile analysis. It is published separate from the JTIDS Class 3 Study Final Report because the number of missions analyzed represents most scenarios applicable to surface combat and the detail is such as to make this compilation valuable as a reference source. It is based on current manuals, documentation and concepts; and as such it provides a most valuable baseline visualization of the current potential user environment for the command, control and communication system engineer. In the record Appendix the moments of the decision variable used for preamble detection are determined.
