The dam is an earth embankment about 1500 ft. long and 27 ft. high. The dam is in fair condition. To assure the long term performance of the dam, several items of concern require attention. The dam is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is the PMF. Recommendations and remedial measures should be implemented by the owner. (Author)
