This report contains the procedures for shipboard certification testing of Type C Mark 13 Mod 1 steam catapults and associated equipment aboard the CVN 68 class of carriers. Tests include: visual checks, static proof-loads, hydrostatic tests, electrical and hydraulic system tests, steam accumulator tests, instrumentation requirements, and deadload calibration. (Author)
