The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Chesapeake Div., (CHESNAVFACENGCOM) was tasked with the installation of two FORACS (Fleet Operational Readiness Accuracy Check Site) Targets at the Atlantic Underwater Testing and Evaluation Center (AUTEC), and one FORACS target and one SSRNM (Surface Ship Radiated Noise Measurement) array at the St. Croix Underwater Tracking Range (UTR). The construction will be performed with the Ocean Construction Platform SEACON and Underwater Construction Team One (UCT-1). This report contains the plans for performing these target installations.
