This document defines the Development Specification for the Communications Subsystem (COMM) configuration item of the Integrated Information Support System (IISS) Test Bed. The Test Bed is an integrated hardware/software environment in which various Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing (ICAM) Program applications will function cooperatively.
