Digest of proceeding of four water project financing workshops and a water project financing roundtable co-sponsored by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Interstate Conference on Water Problems. The digest of proceedings is based on policy views by senior State and Corps of Engineers officials, presentations by national water financing and investment banking experts on the technical topics, case studies of State and substate financing institutions, case studies of water project financing, State/Federal work group discussions, open discussion periods, pre-and-post workshop questionnaires, and roundtable discussions. Topics include managament of the planning process; financial planning; project financing and financial assistance; and project implementation.
