摘要

An exact solution via an ADI finite-difference scheme us made for the axisymmetric, transient configuration of two vaporizing fuel droplets. Two Reynolds number cases (50 and 100) are considered. Velocity, vorticity, stream functions, temperature, and fuel vapor mass fraction are determined as functions of time. Drag coefficients, transport rates, and vaporization rates for the two droplets are obtained with lower values for the downstream droplets, indicating the effect of the presence of the upstream droplet.
