Exploratory Development of an Ultra-Fast-Curing Wound Dressing.

摘要

We are developing a drug-dispensing field dermal dressing. The dermal dressing, which can be easily applied by an untrained person, contains antimicrobials to prevent bacterial infection. The medicated dermal dressing is made of an ultra-fast curing polyurethane oligomer which is designed to cure at room temperature and delivers drugs on a controlled, sustained and highly reproducible basis.
