This research investigation concerns the scattering of focused electromagnetic beams by lossy targets. The broader objective is the general application of time domain computations. So, the research results include a rather broad subjects in electromagnetics. They are related to applications of time domain analyses of focused beam, lossy medium, microstrips and microwave components, absorbing boundary conditions and superconductors. (RH)
