摘要

This study determines whether there are structural factors that determine the persistent weakness of the agricultural income and identifies scenarios tat can be outlined from these tests. It is hypothesized that, in a closed system, rent increase is indifferent to the level of urbanization. Agricultural and urban income are divergent, to the detriment of crop yield. To seek confirmation of this hypothesis, the Lombardy region is investigated in terms of problems of conflict over land use involving extended distribution areas.
