摘要

Nanocrystalline Al_2O_3 and ZrO_2 powders were produced by Chemical Vapor Synthesis. The structure of the produced aerogels was examined with SANS. The powders were then dispersed in aqueous solutions. SANS and photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) were applied to examine the structure and the size of the agglomerates in the liquid. Results of the different methods are compared.
