摘要

We have studied electron trajectories in a ballistic quantum dot with measurements of low temperature magnetoresistance and computer simulation of a quantum billiard. With only a few channels in the dot, we have observed a stable regular orbit which is a crossed one with small effective coherent area. The result shows evidence of a non-chaotic classical trajectory which also can be explained by wave function scarring. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. [References: 7]
