High-resolution, low-temperature photoemission spectroscopy of Kondo semiconductor CeRhAs and related compounds

Cc 4f states of the Kondo semiconductor CeRhAs, semimetal CeRhSb, and metal CePtSn single crystals were observed directly by high-resolution resonant photoemission spectroscopy.
