Looking back at the early days of Claman, Clarissa Heyman, director of the company, comments on how her business came about: My relationship with Robertet goes back 33 years, spanning various generations of the Maubert family, which owns the French fragrances and flavours company. It was first established during my time at Akulu Marchon, where I worked on the Robertet account for 13 years. It was then agreed that I could take the agency and go it alone, so I took a leap of faith and established Claman on 1 July 1996.'
