ONS 2004:Shaping our Energy Future

The main theme for ONS 2004,which takes place on 24-27 August is 'Shaping our Energy Future'.New technology has always been a focus of the event - which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary.Reflecting this,the organisers have added a second innovation prize,for small and medium-sized enterprises,in addition to the original innovation award for large companies.Also new for 2004,will be an Innovation Park,where some 25 companies,large and small,will be showcasing their latest innovative products.Halliburton,the largest exhibitor,is expected to create much interest at its stand by broadcasting live,real-time drilling operations in the North Sea.
