We're never at a loss for topics to cover in Pesticide & Chemical Policy, and most weeks have to prioritize among many competing developments. But we're always happy to see new potential areas of coverage emerge and existing ones expand. One general area that often yields new reporting fodder is litigation. As regulators enter new areas, such as nanopesticides, litigation from disaffected stakeholders can often result.
