There are three main types of developments we cover in Pesticide & Chemical Policy — legal, regulatory and legislative. Some weeks there is a balance among them in terms of the amount of coverage, some weeks one type predominates, as legal developments do this week. Our top four stories this week all involve lawsuits, one in Canadian federal court, one in U.S. federal district court, a third that aims to get to the U.S. Supreme Court and a fourth that is there.
