Nigeria disagrees over 2013 budget

Nigerian legislators have rejected Presi- dent Goodluck Jonathan’s proposal that the national budget for next year be based on an oil price of $75/bl. Legisla- tors are demanding that the oil price be increased to at least $78/bl to allow government spending to rise.
