Over the years, we've pretty much heard it all when it comes to people's reasons for picking one particular car over another. Whether it's financial, peer-pressure, the influence of your favourite mag or a carefully crafted list of Internet bookmarks, we've all got our reasons for what we drive. But when Krzysztof Wozniak told us how he ended up in the Mk3 Golf you see before you, we had to chalk it down as a first for PVW. "I wanted a Corrado VR next and after a lot of searching, I found the perfect one, but there was a problem," he explained. "I'm 6'5" and 120kg and I just didn't fit in it; my head was just under the roof and with hard suspension, I would have bust a hole in the roof before long. I felt like a kid in a baby car!"
