M-real incentive programme for top executives

The Board of M-real Corporation has introduced a share-based incentive programme for some 12 top executives.The performance based rewards which will be paid partly in shares and partly in money-the amounts to be determined by M-real's operating profit (EBIT) and return on capital employed (ROCE).
