De-inking plants are burdened by the changing nature of their raw material,changes which are resulting from i) The dramatic increase in recycling-driven by environmental and economic pressures-and the rising volume of recycled paper in the recovered paper loop.ii) new inks and adhesives which accompany developments in the printing process.The inks that the deinking plant aims to remove from the paper are a crucial part of the printed paper product as an information carrier.The main purpose of these inks is to stay on the paper,which makes them it more difficult to detach.
