Construction work starts on Shotton's RCF 3 line

Construction work is underway on the new recycling line, RCF 3, which is due to start up in November 2003 at the 460,000 tonne newsprint mill at Shotton in North Wales. The de-inking line will have a capacity of 900 tpd which makes it the largest single deinking line in the world.
