A smooth start-up for Shotton's RCF3 line

With the start-up of the new recycled fibre plant RCF3 in North Wales in November,Shotton has completed its conversion from TMP to 100% recovered paper.The 810 BDMTPD line,which is the largest single RCF line in the world,processes raw material which is collected from 4 million UK households.
