Andritz acquires 60% stake in Kusters Paper Business

Andritz is to acquire a 60% stake in the Paper Business of Eduard Kusters Maschi-nenfabrik of Germany,a leading supplier of rolls and calender technology to the paper,non-woven and textile industries.Kusters was taken over by Jagenberg in the summer of 2005 from family ownership.The Paper and Nonwoven Business Areas will be integrated into a joint company owned by Andritz and Jagenberg (40)%,with Andritz assuming industrial leadership.
