Philips' managing director Nick Bradley explains how four new innovations have been key to raising performance levels at the company. WHEN NICK Bradley iaunched debt recovery agency Philips ten years ago, the level of technology being used in the sector could be best described as limited. But huge strides have been made since, with the firm now using an array of high-tech systems to provide revenue, recovery and enforcement services for over 600 contracts nationwide. Managing director Nick Bradley believes that best value is achieved by bolstering the relationship between the quality of service and its price. "That's why we have followed a process of continuous improvement, achieved through a combination of technology and customer care," he says.
