Forbes Marshall, Pune, announced a Joint Venture with Vyncke Energietechniek n. v. Headquartered in Belgium: forbesvyncke. The MOU was signed by Dr Naushad Forbes and Mr Peter Vyncke on the 10th of March, 2009, in the presence of Mr Rahul Bajaj, Chairman Bajaj Auto Ltd, Mr Paul Breyne, Governor of West Flanders. Mr Jean-Joel Schittecatte, Consul General, Belgium was also present on the occasion.
