Joe Jankoski

Born in Jersey City, N.J., Joe Jankoski went to work for Hunter Douglas competitor Levolorin 1974. Armed with an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Jankoski moved to Hunter Douglas in 1989, where for the past 10 years he has been vice president of merchandising. Jankoski plays a leadership role in several industry organizations. He serves on the advisory committee tor this magazine's publisher, the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association; he is the president of the Window Covering Manufacturers Association; and he serves on the boards of directors for the Window Coverings Association of America and the Interior Design Society.
