New year resolves - to me, success is not everything, success is the only thing

AS the new year dawns, so are resolves. How long the resolve lasts is anyone's guess. We take pledges to peruse certain things with all seriousness but then how many of us follow through with all the resolves with the same intensity. Success is what all of us want and more so for people in business. Let me give some thoughts on what one should do to achieve success and unlike all new year resolves, let us resolve that we will be committed to follow through so that success is all ours.
