摘要

A superlattice structure electroluminescent diode consisting of alternating layers of 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum and aromatic diamine has been fabricated by organic molecular beam deposition. The polarization anisotropy of emission propagating in the organic layer of the diode is observed. The mechanism of emission anisotropy has been discussed in the superlattice structure.
