摘要

The "Toreks" research and production enterprise has developed and realized on a personal computer a mathematical model of the process of oxidizing firing of pellets on a conveyor machine. The model includes calculation of heat and mass exchange in the layer of pellets and calculation of heat exchange in the firing car, as a result of which the temperature fields in the car sides, grates, and middle and extreme beams of the car arc determined. Processes in the layer and car axe mutually dependent: during downward filtering the gas enters the car, passing through the layer, and during blowing from below the gas enters the layer after heat exchange in the, car. Mathematical models of heat exchange in the massive parts of the car and its sides are examined in an article given in the present group of related articles [1].
