Work through SWOT analysis of participants in terms of strengths and opportunities.Set up export initiatives similar to that currently being done with Capsec (Cape Stainless Equipment Cluster) in the Western Cape. A fair amount of overlap in terms of foreign research and representation should be included form the stainless industry as a whole, as there is bound to be overlapping efforts.
