摘要

Momentum diffusion of the quantum kicked rotor is studied with both de Broglie–Bohm and standard approach to quantum mechanics. The Schr?dinger equation is solved exactly for the case of quantum resonance and an analytical expression is given for the momentum diffusion. Numerical solutions for both resonance and nonresonance are obtained. We obtain agreement between the two approaches only when the quantum potential is included as part of the quantum kinetic energy.
