2008 Cave Science Symposium

This was another excellent full day ofscience reports from a broad range of workin a broad range of geographic settings.Held at the University of Loughborough,on Saturday March 8 2008, the sympo-sium was organized by Paul Wood (localarrangements) and Trevor Faulkner(lecture secretary). The program containedfourteen presentations but two werewithdrawn before the day. The twelvepresentations given were divided into fourthematic sessions: cave biology, caves andpalaeoenvironments, karst and the glacial/interglacial cycle, and cave physics.
