Less oil, more dough for Duens

Duens bakery, owned by Sasko Bakeries, recently bought the first Vemag HP 25E in South Africa from Columbit Industries. FOOD REVIEW went to investigate what the investment is doing for business. Duens, part of the Sasko Bakeries arm of Pioneer Foods,identified a need to enhance its new Nature's Harvest speciality loaf range and decided on the Vemag HP 25E. This is the first oil-free Vemag dough divider operating in the South African baking industry.
