CHEFTRAPPS specialises in slip-resistant footwear for employees,managers and executives in the food industry and was founded by South African entrepreneur, Gary Trappier. Trappier first set foot into the shoe business in California in 2002 when he started researching and developing, designing and manufacturing safefootwear primarily for those in the hospitality and industrial sectors.
