摘要

The aim of this study was to develop and validate an analytical procedure to determine major opiates including: morphine, codeine, 6-monoacetylmorphine and methadone in hair. The target substances were extracted by solid phase extraction on Bond Elut Certify Co-lumns after acid digestion and analysed with gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry. The quantification was performed using full scan range monitoring of studied drugs and their deuterated analogues as internal standards. The limits of detection ranged from 0.1 to 0.2 ngmg~(-) and extraction yield from 37.5 to 98.9%. A linear response was observed for all drugs from 0 to 20 ng mg~(-1). The method was applied for the determination of opioids in 10 hair samples collected from methadone treatment and detoxification patients who were addicted to home made heroin.
