摘要

Optimization of angular light distribution in organic layer and light extraction structure based on high refractive index substrate were investigated. Due to advanced optical design for decreasing waveguide and evanescent modes, white OLED device with outstandingly high efficacy of 133 lm/W at 1,000 cd/m~2 was realized.
