The device has two photo-sensitive sensors (1,2) e.g. photo-resistors, arranged angularly to each other. The photo-sensitive sensor produces an output signal depending on an incident light radiation. The output signals are compared by the device, where the measure of output signals represents the angle of the incident light. A shielding unit (4) arranged at each photo-sensitive sensor, defines the incident light radiation of the photo-sensitive sensor. A casing is arranged around the photo-sensitive sensor such that the axle center of the casing is perpendicular to the photo-sensitive sensor. An independent claim is also included for an adjusting device for adjustment of a solar unit to the sun.
