摘要

The ZnO nanorods were fabricated from sputtered ZnO thin film. Amount of oxygen vacancies were successfully introduced into the ZnO nanorods in the post-treatment procedure. The strong CL luminance from ZnO nanorods was 185cd/m~2 under the excitation of 500V, 10μA/cm~2.
