Mossbauer spectroscopy of the ~(119)Sn isotope has shown that the superconducting transition in (Pb_(1-x)Sn_x)_(1-z)In_zTe solid solutions is not accompanied by a change in the local symmetry of tin atoms or in their electronic structure.
