The taxonomy of C. radiata, C. olivaceum, C. sanguinolenta, C. mimetica, C. nubigena, C. phalaenopsis and C. andigena based on flower morphology is briefly covered. Insights on the taxonomic status of these species based on observations in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru are presented.
